My father went to the traumatologist several months ago. The correct attention. However, after the traumatologist told him that it was necessary to do an MRI and go to the secretary to make an appointment, they did not bother to inform him that the MRIs were done in a totally different clinic with another address!! We went on the day of the appointment and surprise! It was not there, we tried to find a solution since we came from very far specifically for the appointment and it had not been our mistake since on paper the address was not correct... they did not want to give us another appointment for the same day even if it was anywhere gap. Bad attention from the secretaries...

I have gone several times to both the traumatologist and the psychotechnician and very well, good professionals and very good care. Although I have to say that lately the telephone service (call to make an appointment, make an inquiry, etc...) leaves a lot to be desired, since more than two hours trying to get them to attend me and there was no way, in the end I had to go to person.

Unfortunate customer service, they tell you that you can go until 7:00 p.m. without a problem, you arrive there and not that it is already too late, that traffic closes, you complain to them and they laugh saying what is there. I've gone to another center that closes at 8, and at 7:30 p.m. I had a psychotechnician, strange...

The schedule does not correspond to the one indicated by Google, I arrived walking with a broken fiber and it was closed at 7:00 p.m., now it is time to return "fucked up" and without medical attention.
